Duration of Face Data Storage

  • We retain face data for a maximum period of one year from the user's last transaction. This ​retention period allows for seamless authentication for returning customers while balancing ​privacy concerns. However, we adhere to the following data deletion practices:
  • If a user does not complete any transactions within a 12-month period, their face data is ​automatically deleted from our systems.
  • Users can request the deletion of their face data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon ​receiving such a request, we will promptly delete all associated face data.


Third-Party Data Practices

  • Our third-party service providers do not store any face data. They may temporarily process face ​mapping data for recognition purposes during the authentication process, but this data is ​immediately discarded after the verification is complete. These providers adhere to our data ​retention policies, ensuring that:
  • No permanent storage of face data occurs on their systems.
  • Any temporary face mapping data used for recognition is deleted immediately after the ​authentication process or in accordance with the deletion timelines specified in point 2.
